AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SALE.OE.REAL ES2'ATE OWNED BY THE�GITY�
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION L ..
The City of Fridley is the fee owner of the tract of land within the City�oi'
Fridley, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota described as £ollows:
Al1 that part of Lot 38, Auditor's Subdivision #39, described as fpllows:
Commencing at a point on the south line of Section 34, Township 30, Range
24, a distance oP 156.0 feet east of the southwest corner of the south-
east quarter of said Section 34; thence north, at right angles to said
section line, a distance of 40 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of
37th Avenue N.E., being the actual point of beginning; thence continuing
north, on the same line extended, a distance of 360 feet; thence easterly,
parallel with and 400 £eet north of said section line, a distance of
301.10 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the westerly right-of-
way line of the East River Road, as now laid out and constructed; thence
southerly, along said right-of-way line, a distance o£ 367.57 Peet,
more or less, to its intersection with the northerly right-of-way line of
37th Avenue N.E.; thence westerly, along said right-of-way line, a distance �

continue to own said property and the Cbuncil is hereby authorized to sell or
enter into a contract to sell said property. �

The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the necessary
contracts and deeds to affect the sale of the above described real estate.
