AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
ORDINANCE NO. 30 OF THE
� VILLAGE OF FRIDLEY, MINN-
ESOTA, CONCERNING THE
� � CONTROL, LICENSING AND
CFiRE OF DOGS, WITHIN THE
VILLAGE.
The Village Council of Fridley
� do ordain as follows:
Section 1.
License shall 6e the sum of
�3_00 per ycar for any male or far
any spaded female and $5.00 per
year for any unspaded female dog.
Section 2.
The dog catcher shall be paid
� by the owner of any dog and be-
fore any dog is released to tpe
owner the sum of 51.00 per day
for board and $2.00 for care and
' services rendered.
Section 3.
� That any provision of the said
dog ordinance No. 30 in thc Vilt-
age of Frid3ey in wn[lict with the
faregoing prbvisior;s ar� express-
ly repealed. - �
