ORDINANCE N0. 653
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a street right of way described as
follows:
All that portion of a 50 foot street right of way platted
as 73z Avenue in Marxen Terrace, located between Lot 3,
Block l, and Lot 1, Block 2; and,
The South 50 feet of the North 355 feet of Lot 6, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 108, together with that part of said Lot 6
that lies within a circle whose radius is 50 feet and whose
center is located at the Southwest Corner of Lot 8, of said
Auditor's Subdivision No. 108,
All located in the North Half of Section 12, T-30, R-24,
City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statues and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter
and Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
