Appendix D of the City Code of the Fridley is amended as hereinafter
indicated.

7he tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of Fridley and
described as:
Blocks 1. 2. 3, 4 and 5, Ree's Addition to Fridley Pack and
Parcel 5000� desc�ibed as that part of the West One Half of East One Half of
the Southwest Quarter described as follows: Commencing at a point 390 feet
East of the Northwest cotner of the East One Half of the Southwest Quartei of
Section 14, T-30, i�24; thence South 8 rods and 10 feet; thence East 10 Rods,
thence North 8 rods and 10 feet; thence West 1� rods, to place of beginning,
and
Parcel 5050, descr3bed as that part of the West One Aalf of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Q�aztet of Section 14, �30, R-24; and that part of
Ree's Addition to Fridley Park and vacated alley in said subdivision�
described as follars: beginning at a point on the North line of said West One
Aalf of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 30 feet
West of the t3ortheast corner thereof, thence South and parallel with the East

all to be rezoned to S-2 (Special Zoning District),
