AN ORDSNANCE UNDER SECTION 12.06 OF THE CITY CHARTER
DECLARII3G CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO BE SURPLUS AND
AUTfiORIZING 'IIIE SAi,E THEREOF
The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as f-ollaas:
1. The City of Fridley is the fee owner of the tract of land v�ithin the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, described as follaas:
Part of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision tdo. 94, Plyd # 243 0243 3 0001
F111 lying in Section 24, 'IL30, R-24, City of Fric�ley, County of Anoka, State
of Nlinnesota.
2. It is hereby cletermined by the Council tk�at the City no longer has any
reason to continue to own said property and the Council is hereby authorized
to sell or enter into a contract to sell saic� property.
3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to siyn the necessary
contracts and dee�]s to effect the sale of the above c3escribed real estate.
