SECPION 1. For tlle vacation of a drainage and utility easement described as
follaas:
Coa�unencing at the southwest oorner of Lot 8, Block 1, Doty/'Welln�er
Addition, thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes 04 seconds East,
alonq the south line of said Lot 8, a distance of 10.00 feet, to
the easterly line of a drai.nage and utility easement; thence North
00 degrees 13 minutes 18 seconds East, 33.56 feet, along said
easterly easement line; thence North 16 degrees 39 minutes 00
