1. Except as pernutted by Section 14.09.2, no permittee, nor zr�y �erson in
his or her behalf, shall shout, cry out, blow a horn, ring a bell, or use aray
�und anplifying device upon any of the streets, a11Eys, �arks or otrier public
places of the City or upon private pranises where souncl of sufficient vo1��e

streets, avenues, alleys, parks or other public places for the gur�ose of
attracting attention to any goods, wares or merclaancuse whach sucY� permittee

2. Exception for Food/Beverage Vehicles.
Not withstan6ang any other provision to the contrarg, fooc�/beverage vehicles
may sound a manually operated bell, between the hours oi 10:Q0 a.m. �na 4:30
p.m., and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in ar.y arez zonec� conmlcrcial or in&ustrial,
� and only between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4e30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. t.o 5:00
p,m. in any area zoned residential or other than conunerci<1 or industri�l,
which produces a noise level measurect at a distance of 50 feet frcan the souxce
no greater than 65 decibels, as def iried in Fric�ley City Code Chaptex 124,
"Noise".
