126.02. DEFINITIONS

Such notice shall be cleaneu sufficient as to all interested ��rsons, incluc�irig
persons or p�rties not of record or unknaan, that tYie building, ar ��ortxon
thereof, is being used for purposes constituting a public nuisance.
126.05. II17UNCTIVE RE[�7EDIES
1, Whenever any county attorr�y, city attorney or resicient of the Clty has
reasonable cause to believe tY,at any person withir_ the City is violating
Section 126.03, he or sYae may by veritiec petxt�.on seek a tanporary in7unction
in ciistrict court iri Anoka County. No t��,por�iry restraining orc�er er
preliminaxy in�uction shall be issued without a pxior show cause notice of
he�.ring to the respondents to be hearce. Personal servxce of tr�e �r�ow cause
order and of thE petition made as in civil Gctions on the namec3 res�nc7ents,
or upon any of their �aployees or a;ents found withire the State, shall
constitute sufficient notice. Such show cause or�er iar tpearing may b�
returnable on the third day fran the date of service as to a respondent v3ho a�
present in this State, and on the fifth day as to a person c�ot a resa.dent or
not foun� vtitlain this State.

granted under Seetions 126.03 through 126.08 m�y be ad]uczyed ire conte-mpt oi
court and punished accordingly. In addition, if �ray �efenaant iails to
fierforni an ordered act, the court may c�i.rc-ct the ac�t to k�e done in accoraance
with Rule 70 ot the Rules of Civil Procedure,
