AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIR C OF THE CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
3ECTION 1. For the vacation of easements for public utilities described as
follows: vacate the 6 foot drainage and utility easements over
the west and south 6 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Veit's Second
Addition, generally located at 6430 East River Road N.E.
All lying in the south half of Section 15, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, Coun*_y ef Ar.oka, Mir.nesota.
Be and is hereby vacated. �
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota �
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
