AN ORDINANCE IINDER SECTION 12.07 OF THS CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. To vacate the
Northeasterly 40
utility easement
North, generally
Drive N.E.
Southwesterly 15 feet of the
feet of the platted drainage and
of Lot 11, Block 2, Innsbruck
located at 1467 North Innsbruck
All lying in the South Half of Section 24, T-30, R-
24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of
the City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code
shall be so amended.
