RESOLUTION HRA 9-1981
A RESOLUTION AMEN�ING THE MOORE LAKE TAX INCREMENT PLAN
FOR CLARIFICATION OF PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE DISTRICT
WHEREAS; the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority and the Fridley Ctty
Council approved the Moore Lake Redevelopment 7ax Increment Plan #l; and
WHEREAS, the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Author�ty has submitted the plan
to the Anoka County Auditor for Clarlfication as to the orig�nal assessed value
WHEREAS; the Anoka County Auditor has found some descrepancies �n the maps
submitted to their office and the legal descriptions used to descr�6e these
parcels; and
WHEREAS, the Anoka County Auditor has requested a clartfication of those
properties to be certlfied.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Fridley Housin9 and Redeve7opment Authority,
that the following are clarlficatlons to the property included in the district
and are hereby added to the plan for that clariflcation.

District Development Program
�The development program for the district calls for the staging of sa�d
district to accomplish the stated objectives. It is the �ntent of the Fridley
Housing and Redevelopment Authority to provide for the opportunity for private
investment to develop property which is economica7ly unproductive to the can-
munity and has the potential for contributing to the community's public health,
safeiy and welfare.

The determination for this pro�ect is based on the Moore Lake Redevelopment
Plan which was approved by the Fr�dley Housing and Redevelopment Authority on
March 26, 1981 and the Fridley City Council on March 30, 1981.
This tax increment plan is established for the purpose of developing a
redevelopment tax increment financing district as defined in Minnesota Statutes
273.73, Subdi�ision 10, paragraph (2) and (3} in order to undertake redevelopment
project act�vities as defined in M9nnesota Statutes 462.421, Subdivision 13
The property included in this tax increment district shall include all
