WHF.RF.AS� �lumbia Park Properties has requested the Fridley City Council to
approve the sale of $4,00O,OOD in Industrial Development Bonds for the
construction of an approximate 28,340 square foot Medical Clinic Building,
WHEREAS, the project is a part of the Center City Redevelopment Plan,
WfiEREAS. Section 7.2 of the Contract for Private Development between Columbia
Park Properties and the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority requires
the approval of the Authority on any request for Industrial Development
Revenue Bond financing,
AYJW, TfiFREE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVID by the Aousin9 and Redevelopment Authority of
Fridley, Minnesota that the Authority concurs with the City Council action
approving the sale of Industrial Development Revenue Bonds in the amount of
$4,000,000 for the construction of the minimum improvements for the new
Meclical Clinic Building as per Contract Development Agreenents.
