WHEREAS, Coltunbia Park Properties has submitted construction plans for the
development of a Medical Clinic Building, and
WHEREAS, the "Contract for Private Redevelopment" requires the Fridley Housing
Authority to approve the construction plans, if in the reasonable discretaon
of the authorxty that:
l. The construction plans conform to the terms and conditions of the
Contract.
2. The construction plans conform to the terms and condtions of the
RedeveloFxnent Plan.
3. 7Yie construction plans conform to the all applicable Federal, State, Local
Iaws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
4. The construction plans are adequate to provide for the construction of
minimiun improvements.
5. The constzuctxon plans do not provide for
funds available to the zedeveloper for the
improvements.
6. No event or default has occured,
expenditures in excess of the
construction of the minimum
NdGll, �IEREFI�RE, BE IT RFSClLVID by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Eridley that the Authority approves the construction plans as
submitted and in the reasonable discretion of the Authority, the above stated
conditions have been met.
