T�fIEREAS, the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority has previoasly
entered into a contract with Col�snbia Park Clinzc for the acquisition of the
property at 6389 University Avenue N.E., Fridley, P,'hnnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment
Authority believe it is in the publilc interewt to acquire the above
property;
N04V, ZfiEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the C1ty of Fridley, ��nnesota, as follaas:
1. Acquisition by the Fridley Housing and Fedevelopment Authority
(herinafter referred to as the Fridley H.R.A.) on the following
� described property is neccesary for the purpose of the orderly
develolznent of the Center City Tax Incre�nent District and in order to
perform its contractual obligations with Colim�bza Park Climc;

Lots 12, 13, and 14, Block 4, P.ee's Addition to Fridley Parlc.
2. The Fridley H.R.A, attorney is autharized and directed on behalf of
the Fridley H.R.A. to acquire the real estate described above by the
exercise of the power of eninent d�ain pursuant to hiinnesota Statutes,
Section 117.042. The attorney is further authorized to tak.e all
actions necessary and desirable to carry out the purpose of this
resolution.
