B� IT RFSOLVID by the Commissioners (the "Commissioners") of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority (the "Authority") in and for the City of Fridley,
Minnesota (the "City"), as follaas:
1. It has been proposed that the Authority amenc3 Redevelo�anent Project No.
1(the "Redevelopment Project") and modify by enlargement Redevelopment
Pro�ect No, 1 and the Redevelopment Plan (the "Redeveloianent Plan") relating
thereto pursuant to and in accordance with Mjnnesota Statutes, Sections
462.411 to 462.716, xnclusive,
2. This Authority has caused to be preparecl and has in�estiqated the facts
with respect thereto, a proposed modificatzon by enlargement of the
Redevelopment Plan for the Redevelopment Pro�ect, defining more precisely
the property to be added to the Redevelopment Pro�ect, legally described and
attached hereto as Eachibit A.
3. The Authoritp hereby determines that it is necessary anc7 in the best
interest of the City at this time to amenc7 by enl�rgement Redeveloprnent
� Pro�ect No. 1 and the Redevelopment Plan relating thereto and is hereby
approved sub�ect to Planninq Canmission review and City Council approval as
herein after provided.

4. The Authority hereby requests the City Council to call a pub7.ic hearing
to consider the establishment of the District and the approval and adoptiore
of the Plan, to cause notice of said public hearing to be gzven as requireu
by law, and to take such other actions zs may be required by [�iinnesota
Statutes, Section 462.521. The Authority iurther requests that the City
Council direct the Planning Commission of the City to consider znd comraent
on whether the District and Plan are in accordance with the Comprehensive
Plan of the City, prior to the public hearing to 6e callec7 by the City
Council. The Executive Director of the Authority is hereby c�irected to
submit a copp of the District and Plan to the City Council for its approval.
5. If and when apprwed by the City Council, the Authcrity shall cause the
District and Plan to be filed with the t,linnesot� Energy and Economic
Development Authority and placed on file in the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer for the City of Fridley.
