WHII2EAS, the Housinq and Redevelognent Authority has siqned and executed an
agre�nent with Target for the Development of the property north of City Hall,
and
WI3II2F.FsS, R.S.P. Architects have been retained by the Target Corporation to
desiqn the facilities north of City Hall, and
WHEREAS, the project includes the construction of an earth retaining wall, and
b�fiEREAS, the project includes sane additional storage facilities for the City
Hallr and
WFIEREAS, g�rt of this developnent includes the addition and extension of the
walkway system throuqh the Plaza, modificatons of the roadway system around
City Ha11 and sane additiorial landscaping, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Housing and P.edevelognent Authority
to ensure that all of this process is done so that it structurally and
aesthetically matches both the design and format of the current Plaza
develognent.
NOW, ZIiII2EFORE, BE IT RES�VID, that the Housin9 and P.edevelopment Authority
authorizes the City staff to execute a contract and work with R.S.P.
Architects for this design in an amount of $11,000.
