HRA RES 1985-14 - 00013745� � � RFSC[.UTION NO, HRA 14 - 1985 A RFS�,UTTON OF TE E HCUSING AN➢ REDEVEf QPMEN'1' AdJ'LFSGRITY IN AB7D E'012 ZIIE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MSNNESOTA APPROVING AND AUTHORTZING THE EXECUTION OF F�T EASEh�NT P�REEMIIQZ' FCR TH3I�IFORARY PARKING FURPC7SFS WHEREAS, Coliunbia Park Properties, a Minnesota gener�l partnership (the "Company"), has conveyed to the Authority its intention to construct an approximately 17,OD0 square foot addttion to its clinic and to construct an approximately 254 stall, two level g�rking facility attached thereto and has made ap�ilication to the Ca.ty of Fridley for industrial develo�anent revenue bond financing for such unprovenents; WFIII2FAS, the Com�rr3 ano the Authority are in tilE grocess of negotiating a develognent agreanent respecting such improvanents; and WI3EREAS, the Conpany has requesteu the Authority to grant the Conpany �n easement fox tanporaxy �arking purposes over a rArtion of the proper�y which the Authority presently owns and upon which tYie Com�ny intends to construct such improvenents: NCW, �iF�EE'ORE, BE IT RFSCd.VID, the Board of Corr2rissioners of the Housing anc3 F,edevelognent Authority in and for the City of Fridley, Minnesota, hereby resolves as follows: The board hereby approves the easement aqreement for tenpor�ry parkitig purposes and authorizes the officers of the Authority to take such actions as may be necessary, including the execution and delivery thereof, to f acilitate the u�lenentation of said agreanent.
