HRA 6- 1986 RFSOf,UTION APPRWING `II3E �NS�II2I7CTION PLANS OF THE PHASE ONE BUILDING FOR THE LARE POINTE CORPDRATE CENTER AS SUBMITTTED BY WOODBRIDGE PROPERTIFS WHEREAS, Woodbridge Properties has suhmitted construction plans for the Fhase One builcling of the Lake Pointe Corporate Center; and WHII2EAS, the "Contract for Private Developnent" re,uires the FriGley Housing and Redevelo�nent Authority to approve tYie constuction plans, if in the reasonable discretion of the Authority that: 1. The construction plans conform to the terms and conditions oi the Contract. 2. The construction plans conform to the terms and conditions of the Redevelognent Plan. 3. The construction plans wnform to all applicable Federal, State and Local la�as, ordinances, rules anc3 regulations. 4. The oonstruction glans are adequate to provide for the construction of the ' Yhase One P7�nimwn Imprwanents. 5. The oonstruction glans substantially oonforn io the Develo�nent Plan and _ tYie Developnent Quality Plan as described in i:he Contract, I�[.W, ZHEREFORE, BE IT RFS�UED by the Housing and Redevelopment F�uthority of the City of Fridley that the Authority approves the construction plans as sutmitted and in the reasonahle discretion of the Authority, the above statecl conoitions have been met.
