TT IS HII2EBY RESOLUED that the FYldley State Bc1nk is hereUy designated as a
depositoiy for the funds of this corporation.
IT IS FLII7IY-IER RFSOLUED that checks, drafts or other withdrawal orrlers issued
against the fwxas of this corporation on deposit with said bank shall be signed
by two of the following:
Richaxcl D. Pribyl, Finance Director�Preasurer
William W. Burns, F�cecutive Director/City Manager
David J. DuBo�i, Assistant Finance Director
and that said bank is hereby fully authorized to pay and charge to the account
of this corporation any checks, drafts, or other withdrawal ort3ers.
BE IT F'[J1�PIIERR RFSOLUED that all transactions, if any, relatuig to deposits,
withdrawals, re-discounts and borrowings by or on behalf of this corporation with
said bank prior to the adoption of this resolution be, and the same hereby are,
in all things ratified, approved and confirmed.
BE IT FURTf�RR RESOLUED that any bank or savings and loan may be used as
depositories for investment purposes so long as the investments comply with
authorized irroestments as set forth in Minnesota Statutes.
BE IT FUFfPfIII2 RESOLUED that the signatures of two of the followirlg named City
employees are required for withdrawal of HRA investhtent funds from savings and
loan associations: �
