RESOLUTION ADOPTING A 2012 TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 2013
BE IT RESOLVED by the Baard af Cammissianers (the "Cammissianers"} af the Hausing and Redevelapment
Autharity in and far the City af Fridiey, Minnesata (the "Autharity"}, as fallaws:
Sectian 1. Recitals.
1.01. The Autharity is autharized by Minnesata Statutes Sectian 469.033 ta adapt a levy an all taxabie praperty
within its area af aperatian, which is the City af Fridley, Minnesata (the "City"}.
1.02. The Autharity is autharized ta use the amaunts callected by the levy far the purpases af Minnesata Statutes
Sectians 469.001 ta 469.047 (the "General Levy"}.
Sectian 2. Findin�s.
2.01. The Autharity hereby finds that it is necessary and in the best interests af the City and the Autharity ta
adapt the C`renerai Levy ta pravide funds necessary ta accamplish the gaals af the Autharity.
Sectian 3. Adaptian af General Levy.
3.01. The fallawing sums af maney are hereby levied far the current year, callectible in 2013, upan the taxabie
praperty af the City far the putpases af the General Levy described in Sectian 1.02 abave:

Amaunt: Maximum A1lawed by Law
Sectian 4. Repart ta City and Filin� af Levies.
4.01. The Executive Directar af the Autharity is hereby instructed ta transmit a certified capy af this Resalutian
ta the City Cauncii far its cansent ta the C`renerai Levy.
4.02. After the City Cauncii has cansented by resalutian ta the C`renerai Levy, the Executive Directar af the
Autharity is hereby instructed ta transmit a certified capy af this Resalutian ta the Caunty Auditar af
Anaka Caunty, Minnesata.
