Mr. John Johnson will bring plans to the meeting.
2. INTERSECTION PATTERN: MISSISSIPPI STREET AND EAST RIVER ROAD, BOB'S
PRODUCE RANCH:
Bob Schroer will bring his plans to the meeting.
3. PROPOSED ZONING CODE:
Mr. Herrick, City Attorney, wi11 have new materiai ready for
the meeting.

minutes, they had to come up with a traffic plan in order to rezone.
The City Attorney said the Council's feeling is the property should
be rezoned, but the traffic situation should be settled first and a suf-
ficient length of time has gone by so that a decision on some plan should
be made and get it moving. The Council has not had the opportunity to
consider the drawing shown at the meeting tonight.
Acting �hairman Ericksan commented that the City will have to decide
which way it wants to go and then perhaps the County will come in with
plans. One thing is to keep traffic out of residential areas. Z'he City

ri0TI0N by Ylinen, seconded by Jensen, that the Planning Commission
refer the intersection pattern of Mississippi Street and East River Road
as presented by Bob's Produce Ranch at this meeting to the attention of
the Plats & Subdivisions-Streets & Utilities Subcommittee. Upon a voice
vote, all voting aye, the motion carried unanimously. �
3. PROPOSED ZONING CODE:
Section 3 of the Proposed Zoning Code was discussed and revised,
each member making the corrections on his own work copy.
4. DISCUSSION OF AREA BETWEEN 57TH AVENUE AND 61ST STREET UNIVERSITY AVENUE
TO MAIN STREET:
Tabled to next study meeting.

There being no further business, Acting Chairman Erickson adjourned
the meeting at 11:15 P.M.
