A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES
OF THE COSTS THEREOF: ( ON THE AREA
ADJACENT TO CHERI LANE, 7TH.STREET
AND MADISON STREET)
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the
City of Fridley, as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of
the City and the property owners
affected that there be constructed
certain improvements, to wit:
a. Sanitary Sewer Laterals and
Service Connections located in all
of the streets and serving all of
the area described as follows:
7th Street from 54th Avenue to T.H.
Number 100.
Cheri Lane from 7th Street to Monroe
Street.
Madison Street from Cheri Lane to
54th Avenue
The on -named street lying south of
Cheri Lane between 7th Street and
Madison Street as shown on the
approved plat of Lyndale Builders,
4th Addition.
54th Avenue from 7th Street to Madison
Street.
b. Water Mains and Service Connection in
the - following lands and along the
following streets:
Same as set forth under Item a above.
That Comstock & Davis, Consulting Engineers,
are hereby authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans
and specifications and to tabulate the results of his or
their estimates of the costs of said improvements, and to
make a preliminary report of his or their findings to the
Council not later than at their earliest convenience.

CORRECTED NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
Anoka County
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, ,
Minnesota has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements
hereinafter described be made, and notice heretofore given relative
to a hearing bas by inadvertence contained error and emissions.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS BEING GIVEN that on the 23rd day of July,
1959, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at the City
Hall in said City, and will, at said time and place hear all parties
interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in the
lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements, to wit:

as separate improvements, except as hereafter otherwise provided by
the Council, all under the following authority, to -wit;
Minnesota Laws 1953, Chapter 398 and laws amendatory thereof, and
in conformity with the City Charter.
