tne purpose of selec�ing an architect to draw up prelim:nary
plans for the remodelin� an3 enlur�ing the City Hall, The
first firm to be inter��ievred was S. C. Smiley and Associates,
Tiie representatives from the company explained to the Gc�unci]
their fees and their bacK$round, and �he �nrork thut they had
done in i.he area, Their total fze �a�ould be 8� on a remodeling

mou�ly, The City Nanager said 1ze would not forward this
resolution on to the state until he had recaived assurance
from the County of Anoka that they would participate in
their sh�re of the pro�ect.
