The sbove Ordinance was read. N,otion by Wolke to accept this
as the second reading of Ordinance No. 143 anc3 to have the
Ordinanc� published. Seconded by Johanson. Upon a voice

PUBLIC HEARING ON STORM DRAINAGE - GLEN CREEK RO��D
Robert Hughes was present �nd aske� if his lot would be
as9essed. Les Knutson, from Comstock �ind Danis, was present
snd explained that his lot was included in themap of the dralnage
district, but this was not an assessment district, and he
would not necessarily be assessed for it. The hearing was
celled to a close at 7:40 P.N,

' PUBLIC HEARING - FINAL PLAT OF LYNDF.LE BUILDERS 6TH ADDITION
The City Er_gineer explained how the streets in tnis plat would
tie into other streets in the area. Mr. Harvey Rattner was
present and stated that since the Planning Commission hrxd
approved the pl�t, two additional streets had been requested
and were included in this plat, and therefore, he did not feel
he should have to contribute 5J for a park. The hearing was
continued unti}. the next regular Council Meeting on May 3� 1960.

Motion by Nolke that the special use perrnit for an incinerator,

and Utilities Sub-Committee„ and to relleve Mr. Benner of
his duties as Chairman, but he ie to remain on the Gommiitee.

building, within 90 days. If a permanent structure is lo-
cated on the premises� proper sanitation facilities shall

There was considerable discussion as to whether or not there
would be sufficient parking left for the shonping center, if
this lot was built upon. The request for a permit was tabled
until the next Council meeting.
