The�meeting,was called to order by Mayor Greig at �:30 P. M,

Members Present: Johanson� Greig� Nagel� Sheridan and Wolke
Members Absent: None
The City Assessor told the Council that he had been unab]e to
finish the vsluation of the real property, and that it would take
at least one month longer. The County Assessor, N�r, Schwartz,
stated that the delay in finishing the books for tYie Cit�� of
Fridley was caUSed because� throughout the County� tYiere is an
attempt being ma�le to equalize the assessments. Councilman
Johanson moved that the hearing be continued until .leptember �, 1960
at ']:30 P,.M�� The motion was seconded L�y Councilman Sheridan.
Upon a voice vote� there being no nays, the motion carried unani-
mously.
The Council considered the following valuations:
Kenneth Kravik - Lot 4� Block 2 Ewells Riverside Hei�hts
Addition,
John Golden- Lot 1, Block 3� Moore Lake Park A�dition.
William 5orenson - Lots 18 and 1°� �"lock 17 Fridley Park
Addition.
Paul Nebel - Lot 2� Block 3 Parkview Manor Addition, 5ince
Mr. Nebel's valuation has not as yet been comPuted�
the Council merely placed his narr,e on record as �
having appeared� since there were no f9�ures i
available to consider. '

Councilman Johanson moved that the meeting adjourn to September
']� r96o., The motion was seconded by Councilman Na�el. Upon a
voice vote� there Yeing no nays� the Mayor decla�ed the meeting
adjourned.
