damage suit for Sorum and Dalsbo in connection with storm water
running onto their property.

COUNCIL NIEETING - NOVEMSER 15, 1960
A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor
Greig at '7:45 F,M.� November 15� 1960.
Members Fresent: Greig� Nagel� Sheridan
Members Ab�ent: Johanson� Wolke (arrived at 8:01)
APPRQVAL OI�' MIIVUZES :
Motion by Sheridan to approve the minutes of the November 1� 1960
meeting. Seconded by Nagel, Upon a voice vote� there being no nays�
the motion carried unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Mayor Grei� opened the hearing at '7:50 P.N�. Oliver Erickson� 1315
Hillcrest Drive� I�'ridley� of Erco Ine.� was present and stated that
they will pay full cost of the storm sewer to serve Meadowlands but
do not want to pay cost for entire ares served. Mr. Anderson� �6590
Clover Place asked what portion he would Y�e charged for? Les Knutson
explained the area in which the storm sewer would be insta].led. Sheridan
explained the situation as he understood it to Mr. Anderson� and other
interested parties in the audience. Questions were also asked on the
size of pipes� and the difference between the two. Mr. Anderson also
asked about the present dirt condition of the streets� and he was told
that they would be taken care of after the installation of the storm
sewer oaas completed. Motion by Sheridsn to close the hearing.
Seconded by Nagel. Upon a voice vote� there being no nays� the motion
ca�°ried unanimously.
Mr. Jack I. Moore� and Mr. D. D. Larsen were present to represent the
radio station of WAYL. Mr. Sheridan stated that after studying the
mater3al and sketch on this proposed antenna� �ia found that the tower
being 65 feet high� the antenna would be 135 feet higher than the tower
Mr. Moore stated that this was the maximum height needed� although
they could use the minimum of 80 feet� but that the maximwn was much
better. Sheridan said he would 11ke to go out to the people in the
area, and check their views on this satter. Motion by Sheridan to
table this natter until the special meeting of November 22� 1960.
