RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT ON °ROJECT NO. SW26
(E. OF CENTRAL AND NORTH OF MISSISSIPPI) AND
PROJECT NO. SW29 (INNSBRUCK 1 & 2)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA, as follows:
1. The Council finds that the lowest responsible bid-
ders for construction of the improvement work desig-
nated as:
Project No. SW26 (E, of Central and N. of Mississippi)

Project No. SW29 (Innsbruck 1 and 2)
are Lametti & Sons (SW26) and Peter Lametti (,%J29),
whose bids are in the amounts of A194,389.22 (SW26 -
Lametti & Sons) and A75,885.85 (SW29 - Innsbruck 1
and 2). That said bids are hereby accepted, and
the City Manager and Mayor in office on date of exe-
cution of the contracts are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into contracts with said bidders
for and in behalf of the City of Fridley.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: SW #37
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as
follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the
property owners affected that there be constructed cer-
tain improvements, to -wit:
a. WATER LATERALS, service connections, and appurte-
nances in the following lands and along the follow-
ing streets:
1. All of those streets lying within the follow-
ing described lines bordered on the north by
- Osborne Road and on the south by 75th Avenue
and on the east by 5th Street and on the west
by University Avenue N.E.
b. S3gER LATERALS, service connections, and appurte-
nances, in the following lands and along the fol-
lowing streets:
