Attorne� Merlin of Brooklyn Park sug- gested that the hearin6 l�e held on August 31, 1961, since there might be complicr�tions that make it difficult t,o huve all the ;�reparation completed for a hearing on August 24, 19G1. H�3 also sugi;ested th:�t each Council pass the same resolution, and approve the s,�ine he��ring notice, so that there would be unif orrnity.
