RESOLUTION NO. 117 -1962
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
SPLITTING OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THE -EFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcel,
to -wit: Parcel 3150, Section 12, may and shall be apportioned and divided
as follows:

MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 4TH, 1962, AT 8:00 O'CLOCK, P.M. AT THE
CITY HALL., CITY OF FRIDLEY� MINNESOTA.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, was duly held at the
City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the 4th day of September, 1962,
at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Greig and Councilmen
Johanson, Wolke, Nee, and Sheridan
and the following were absent: None

The Clerk announced that the proposed assessment for Storm Sewer
Improvement Project No. 40 had been filed in his office on the 9th day of
August, 1962, and that notice of a hearing on said assessment to be held
at the regular meeting of the Council on the 4th day of September, 1962,
had been given in the form and manner as provided by law. The Clerk presented
an affidavit showing publication of such notice in the official newspaper,
which aVidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on
file.
The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for consideration of
objections to the assessment heretofore filed with the City Clerk for
' STORM SWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 40
The Clerk reported that written objections had been filed by the
following persons affecting the following described lots, pieces or
parcels of land, to-wit:
