A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT ON WATER PROJECT NO. 34 —J
(SCHEDULE #1)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA, as follows:
1. The council finds that the lowest responsible bidder for
construction of the improvement work designated as:
Project No. 34 -J Schedule #1 (Xater) is Perry A. Swenson
Company, 432 Endicott Building, St. Paul 1, Minnesota, whose
bid is in the amount f $161,255.00 (withholding action on a
$3,700.00 deduction for use of Federal windows pending deter-
mination of acceptability) for Iron Removal Plant building.
That said bid is hereby accepted, and the City Manager and
Mayor in office on date of execution of the contract are here-
by authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
said bidder for and in behalf of the City of Fridley.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 2ND DAY OF
APRIL, 1962.
