RESOLUTION MAKING TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, certain expenditures were made by Street Improvement Project
No. 1961 which should be charged against Storm Sewer Project No. 5, Street
Improvement Project No. 1962 -2, and Sewer and Water 'roiect No. 26,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
meeting at a regular session on the 3rd day of December, 1962, that
expenses in the amount of :,1,306.113 be charged to Storm Sewer Project
No. 5, and Street Improvement Project No. 1961 be credited for this
amount; that expenses in the amount of $1,306,43 be charted to Street
Improvement Project No. 1962 -2 and Street Improvement Project No. 1.961
be credited for this amount; and that expenses in the amount of $700.00
be charted to Sewer and Water Project No. 26 and Street Improvement
Project, No. 1961 be credited for this amount.

RESOLUTION NO. 196 -1962
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS - LOT 10, AUDITOR'S SUB. #103
WHEREAS, there was originally certified two service connection
charges on Lot 10, Auditor's Subdiviaion No. 103, and,
WHEREAS, the certification for one of these service connection
charges was deferred, and,
WHEREAS, this property has now been platted into the Chouinard
Addition, which has four lots in it.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Fridley, that the one service connection charge that was deferred
would again be certified for collection starting with the 1962 tares.
