Motion by Sheridan to adopt a resolution authorizing a claim of'$50��9j1:00 on
gas tax funds, The City Manager atated thie resoluCion'could� ii Counc�,1 wished�
be handled at the next regular meeting. Mr, Knutson of the consult3ng engin-
eering firm of Comstock and Davis, Inc. sta�ed they k�ad �e xequest of the
City Council and that was that the three agencies involved agree,definitely on
the drainage areea to be served. Mr. McCubrey of the Mintte�ot9,�±6ta('te�,Highway
De�e.rtment stated Mr. Knutson should contact the hydraul3c people end they
could figure it out with the consulting en�ineers all the,way �through the pro-
ject� that Columbi.a Heights had been told the same proce$ure woul$ �'ollnw.
Councilman Sheridan withdrew his motion fxom the floor. ';
