W�iEREAS, the City of Fridley has made a proposal fcr an agreement �
incorporating by reference the master agreement between the Nortl� Suburban ±
Sanitary Sewer District and the other municipalities in the N.S.S.S.D on �
a form dated January 6, 1964, ,
AND WHEREAS, the Board of the N.S.5.S.D. at a special meeting i
a
held on January 7, 1964, did by resolution apprvve and adopt said proposal
as its own and did by resolution authorize its officers to execute said

proposal in behalf of the said N.S.S.S.D. .r
BE IT RESOLVED by the City'of Fridley as follows:
1. That said proposed agreement is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and Manager of the City of Fridley are
authorized and directed to execute and sign said agreement in behalf
of the City of Fridley.
___3. That the C1erk be authorized and directed to furnish copies
of such executed agreement to the Clerk of the North Suburban Sanitary
Sewer District.
