RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS —
SW & SS #69 (MEADOWMOOR TERRACE)
WHEREAS, Resolution #88 -1964 of the City Council adopted the 4th
day of May, 1964, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements,
as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for
reference as Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said
notice) were given ten (10) days published nctice of the Council Hearing
through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the
hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing,
as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council
Resolution #88 -1964 are hereby ordered to be effected
and completed as soon as reasonably possible to —wit.
a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice of
hearing on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "A ")
in said notice.
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas
as one improvement.
2. The work to be performed under this project may be
performed under one or more contracts as may be deemed
advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. Comstock and Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers, are
hereby designated as the Engineers for this improvement.
They shall prepare final plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
T PROJECT #69
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements
hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 2nd day of
June, 1964, at 5:00 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at the
City Hall in said City, and will at said time, and place, hear all
parties interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in
the lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements,
to wit:
CONSTRUCTION ITEM
A. Water Lateral and Service Connections and Sanitary Sewer Lateral
and Service Connections located in all of the streets and serving
all of the area described as Meadowmoor Terrace and Meadowmoor
Terrace 2nd.
B. Storm Sewer and Appurtenances in serving the area described as
Meadowmoor Terrace
ESTIMATED COST . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $89,000.00
THAT THE AREA PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED FOR SAID IMPROVEMENT IS AS
FOLLOWS:
For Construction Item A and B above - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
All of the land lying inside the Boundary of Meadowmoor Terrace and
Meadowmoor Terrace 2nd Addition.
All of said land to be assessed proportionately according to the
benefits received by such improvements.
That the Council proposes to proceed with each of said improvements
as separate improvements, except as hereafter otherwise provided by
the Council all under the following authority, to -wit: Minnesota Laws
1953, Chapter 398 and laws amendatory thereof, and in conformity with
the City Charter.
