RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESS -
MENT ROLL FOR STUR11i SE'n'ER, WATER, AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT N0. 58
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on June 2, 1964,
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the
cost of Storm Sewer, Water, and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project
No. 58.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, -4noka County, Minnesota, on the 28th day of September,
1964, at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment for
STORM SEWER, WATER, AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 58
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place
of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least two
(2) weeks prior to such meeting.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 8TH
DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1964.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT
STORK SEWER, WATER, AND SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 58
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley
will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 28th of September,
1964, at 8:00 P.M. to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to
the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvement,
to —wit:
STORM SEWER, WATER AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 58
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is
now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested,
in the office of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral ob-
jections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the
construction of sanitary sewer and storm sewer mains and connecting
lines and water mains and connection lines in the lands and streets
designated in manner as follows:
1. Central Avenue from Hathaway Lane to Mississippi Street N.E.
2. 52nd Avenue N.E. from Taylor Street to Buchanan Street.
3. Taylor Street from 52nd Avenue N.E. to the north terminus.
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and
each of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each
of them and lying within the general area of the above named streets,
or lying south of Mississippi Street, east of Central :venue N.E.,
North of Hathaway Lane, and west of the east Fridley limits. Said
improvements will be assessed against the properties within the
above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of
the lands therein contained according to the benefits received.
The total cost of the improveaent is estimated at `52,026.86.
