A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSAiENT ROLL FOR ',DATER AND SE_V!ER IMPRO FE,',1 N1 T PROJECT NO. 66
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 8,
1964, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 66
AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such pro-
posed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for
public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City
of Fridley, "noka County, Minnesota, on the 28th day of Sep -
tember, 1964, at 3:00 F.M., to pass upon the proposed assess-
ment for the following named improvement:
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 66
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and
place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at
least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT N0. 66 '
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Council of the City of Fridley
will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 28th day of September,
1964, at 3:00 P.M., to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to
the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvements,
to —wit:
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 66
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now
on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the
office of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objec-
tions to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the
construction of sanitary sewer mains and connecting lines and water
mains and connection lines in the lands and streets desi_enated in man-
ner as follows:
1. University Avenue — 61st Avenue to 63rd Avenue
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each I
of them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of
them and lying within the area bounded by the following lines:
All that area abutting on or lying adjacent to the above
named Street.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within
the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the
lands therein contained according to the benefits received. The total
cost of the improvement is $11,411.14.
