A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER
PROJECT NO. 70
' WHEREAS, Resolution No. 203 -1964 of the City Council adopted
September 28, 1964 set the date for Hearing on the proposed im-
provements for ':rater and Sewer Project No. 70, specifically
noted in the Notice c£ Hearing attached hereto for reference as
Exhibit "A"
WHEREAS, all the property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed with the making of these improvements under Water and
Sewer "Project No. 70 (as noted in said notice) were given ten '.10)
days published notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) week-
ly publications of the required Notice and the Hearing was held and
the property owners heard thereon at the Hearing as noted in said
Notice.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota, that the following improvements proposed by the City
Council are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as
reasonably possible, to -wit:
a) All the improvements as noted in the Notice of Hearing
on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "A" in the said notice)
designated as Water and Sewer Project No. 70.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
1r71`,TER AND SEWER PROJECT NO. 70
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improve-
ments hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 19th day of
October, 1964, at 5 :00 ?.M., the City Council will meet at the City
Hall in said City, and will at said time, and place, hear all parties
interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in
the lards and streets noted below) of the following improvements,
to -wit:
CONSTRUCTION ITEM
A. Water Lateral and Service Connections and Sanitary Sewer and
Service Connections located in all of the streets and serving
all of the area described as:
1) Lincoln. Street as proposed from Ironton Street to Ely Street.
2) 5th Street from Highway Mo. 100 South to existing utilities.
3) Riverview Terrace from 6-'4 Way to Mississippi Place.
B. Water Lateral and Service Connections located in the following
street and serving all of the area described as: ,
1) Stinson Boulevard from Gardena South to South edge of Lot 44,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 92.
C. Sanitary Sewer and Service Connections located in the following
street and serving all of the area described as:
1) Ironton_Street from East edge of Herwall Addition to Pro-
posed Lincoln Street.

AS FOLLOWS:
For construction of Items A, B, C, above - - - - - - - - - - -
All of t'e land abutting upon said streets named above and all
lands adjacent and abutting thereto.
All of said land to be assessed proportionately according to the
benefits received by such improvements.
That the Council proposes to proceed with each of said improve- '
ments as separate improvements, except as hereafter otherwise provid-
ed by the Council, all under the following authority, to -wit: Minne-
sota Laws 1953, Chapter 398 and laws amendatory thereof, and in con-
formity with the City Charter.
