A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPE-
CIAL AS3ESS11ENTS ON LOT 107 BLOCK 2 (PARCEL. 420) _AND LOT 11

WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described par-
cels, to -wit: Lot 10, Block 2 (Parcel 420) and Lot 11 (Ex. W. 401),
