It was apparently the understanding of the Fridley City Officials that the City of Columbia Heights would participate in the cost of this storm sewer line. To date, no payment or reimbursement has been received from the City of Columbia Heights. The City of Fridley has been carrying on its books an account receivable in the amount of $52,100.00 from the City of Columbia Heights as Columbia Heights share of the storm sewer line. Apparently the City of Columbia Heights has no intention of paying this and is not carrying this item as an account payable on their records. LOJAM :1 IIMKL-== RESOLUTION NO A RESOLUTION CREATING A SPR FUND AND A SPECIAL FLOOD DI q —1965 TORNADO DISASTER R FUND WHBRRAS, the expenses incurred byte City of Fridley relating to the flood and tornado disasters will be greater than the resources available in 'the general fund, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that there is hereby created a special tornado disaster fund and a special flood disaster fund, out of which shall be paid all of the expenses which could r sonably expected to be reimbursed by the Federal Government under Public La 81 -875. There shall be temporary bonds iss d in sufficient amount to defray the costs of such expenses. These tempor ry bonds shall be redeemed at such time as reimbursement is received from th .Federal Government.
