SPECIAL COU[VCIL MEETING OF THE CITY OF FRIDL�Y - MAY 10 1965

Glen Thompson absent but waived notice
TEMPORARY TRAILER HOME PERMITS;
Temporary Trailer Home Peimits were granted to Leon Madsen, Robert Wienert and
Irving Anderson. The motion to approve was by John Wright Seconded Uy
Sack Kirkham Waiver of normal fee for the permit, the approval was upon the
cond+itian of the acceptance by the Inspection DepartmenC Lor connections to
City Sewer and Water utilities A motion by Jack ILirkham, seconded by
John Wright to approve the Rebuilding Permit for the Pridley Lumber Company
pro�ect to be rebuzlt as original. Motion carried
Councll reviewed the permit request for reconstruction and repair by
Art Christensen, This item was tabled until May llth The Council also
reviewed the permit in behalf of Graves Interiors and tabled action on this
until May llth.
REMOVAL OF DEBRIS;
There was a discussion about the removal of debris from all areas withzn
the City at public expense The Mayor pointed out that Federal Disaster
Funds should be available to reimburse the City for this expense Upon
motion duly made seconded and unanimous vote the City Attomey was
directed to prepare a suiCable resolution and present it to the City Council
for formal action as soon as possible Seconded by Wright IIpon a voice vote
there being no nays, the motion carxied unanimously

Councilman Shexidan moved Co grant the request of the Spaxtan Department Store
to repair the damages to the store and restore the building to its original
condition Seconded by Kirkham Upon a voice vote, ttw� being no nays tke
motion carried unanimously
TEMPORAAY TRAILER PERMIT: KENNETH F. ANDERSON:
The City Manager stated that he had received a request irom Renneth F Andason
for a permit to locate and occupy a trailer house at 601 - 67th Avenue N E
while repairs are being made on his home.
Motion by Wright to grant the request of Kenneth F. Anderson for a permil �
