A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE REPAIR OR REMOVAL OF THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 6882
CENTRAL AVENUE NORTHEAST IN THE CITY OF FRIDLEY BY REASON OF IT BEING A HAZARDOUS
STRUCTURE
WHMMS, on July 30, 1965, Clarence Belisle and Armand Giesen,
City of Fridley Building Inspector and Structural Engineer inspected the
property and reported the following existing conditions requiring the
following or equal repairs necessary to alter this condition:
EXISTING CONDITIONS
1. Roof destroyed to rubble and is
filling the first floor together
with other rubble.
REQUIRED REPAIRS AND /OR
ALTERATIONS
1. Build new roof.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of Fridley as follows-
1. That a notice pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.39 to 462.40
concerning hazardous buildings be prepared by the City Attorney and City
Manager, that said notice give the owners until November 160 1965, to remove
' said hazardous condition or make the necessary repairs to correct the defects
enumerated by the City Building Inspector; that said order be served on the
owners as provided by said Minnesota Statutes and the City Attorney is authorized
to proceed in District Court Anoka County to enforce said notice and order if
the necessary corrective action is not taken by the owner.
