STORE ".
WHEREAS, Minneapolis Local Joint F.xec,eti-,re Board of the Hotel
Restanrart Employees and Bartenders International Union, A.F.L. -
' C.I.O., Local UcLnns No. 152 and No. 458, as bar-,airing representatives
of the employees of the *Laic l al Liquor Store of the Ci tv of Fr ,"—v,
has presented to the Council cf the Ci_t„ of Fridley, a resolution
relating t_n the working conditi.cns, wages and �^urs for employees of
the Municipal Liquor Store of the City of Fridley, and
WPFREAS, Article XIT, Wa ^e Scale of said Resolution #4 -1964 is
effective until 'aruary 1, 1965, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary at this time to establish a wage scale
for employees employed ?+y the "'_unicipal Liquor Store for the period
January 1, 1 055 to January 1, 1966.
NOW, THEREFORE, BF. IT RESOLVED, by the- Council of the City of
Fridley, that Article XTI of Resolution #4 -1964 be, and it is hereby,
amended to read as follows, to -wit:
Effective January 1, 1965, all bartenders working forty (40)
hours per week shall receive One Hundred Six and n� /100 ($106,00)
Dollars per week. All bartenders working forty -ei.T_ t (48) hol:rs
per week shall receive One Pundred Thirty -five and 20/100 ($135,20)
Dollars per week, All extra bartenders shall receive Twenty -one and
201/100 ($21,20) Dollars for work done on a working day which consists
of eight (8) working hourG, All waitresses working forty (40) hours
per week shall receive Sirty -two and no /100 ($62,00) Dollars; all
' short hour waitresses shall be paid one and 75/100 ($1.75) Dollars
per hoi+ -.
