RESOLUTION NO, 34 -1965
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF CERTAIN SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON E. 100' OF S. 200' OF LOT 3, PARCEL 300, MELOLAND GARDENS.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels, ,
to -wit: E. 100' of S. 200' of Lot 3, Parcel 300, Meloland Gardens, may
and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
