RESOLUTION NO. 864965
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING
IMPROVEMENT, FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATER, SANI-
TARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IN THE PROPOSED INNSBRUCK 5TH
ADDITION
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to
be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners af-
fected thereby.
WHEREAS, the property owners, Acres, Incorporated, whose property
is liable to be assessed with making of these improvements have waived
the requirements of a public hearing by letter dated May 14, 1965.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Frid-
ley as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by Comstock and Davis,
Incorporated, Consulting Engineers, is hereby received and accepted.
2. That the following improvements are hereby ordered to be ef-
fected and completed as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
Water laterals and service connections, sanitary sewer laterals
and service connections, storm sewer and appurtenances in the streets and
servicing all the area described as the Proposed Innsbruck 5th Addition.
The work above may be consolidated with other areas as one improvement.
3. The work to be performed under this project -may be performed
under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of
- bids. -. I ,
4. Comstock and Davis; Incorporated, Consulting Engineers, are
hereby designated as Engineers for this improvement. They shall pre-
pare final plans and specifications for making of such improvements.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 19TH DAY OF
MAY, 1965.
