Owner is Kenneth P. Peterson
This proposed storm sewer is cutting across the corner
of Mr. Peterson's property and will destroy some trees and
lawn area.
Available is a copy of a letter from Mr. Peterson
wherein he states a$245.00 damage for said area.
We feel that the,City should pay for the replacement
of loss of trees and sod. Therefore recommend that we pay
$245.00 for said easement.

This is a 20 foot sanitary sewer easement off the North
end of Mr. Shield's property. Available is a letter from
