RESOLUTION NO. 150 - 1966
A RESOLUTION COMBINING STOR SEWER DISTRICTS FOR, STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NUMBER FIVE, STORM SE 7R IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NUMBER TWELVE AND
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NUMBER SEVENTY THREE.
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council to equalize storm sewer
assessments to the extent that it is feasible, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to combine the storm sewer
districts formerly known as Storm Sewer District Five, Storm Sewer District Twelve
and Storm Sewer District Seventy Three.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following named storm sewer
districts be and are hereby combined into one storm sewer assessment district
and from this point on will hereafter be known as Storm Sewer Improvement Project
Number Five.
Project No. 5
Commencing at the intersection of the westerly right of way of the Northern
Pacific Ry. & Great Northern Ry, and Trunk Highway #6911 (formerly Highway
#100); thence east along Trunk Highway #694 to its intersection with Trunk
Highway #65; thence north along Tnmk Highway #65 to its intersection with
the south entrance of West Moore Lake Drive; thence along West Moore Lake
Drive and Cuincy Street to 61st Avenue N.E.: thence westerly along 61st
Avenue N.E.to its intersection with 6th Street N.E.: then North on 6th Street
N.E. To63rd Avenue N.F.- thence west on 63rd Avenue N.E. to 5th Street N.E.
extended: thence north on 5th Street extended and 5th Street to its inter-
section with Mississippi Street; thence west on Mississippi Street to the
west right of way line of the Northern Pacific Ry. & Great Northern Ry.;
thence southerly along said right of way line of said railways to the point
of beginning.

Beginning at the intersection of Horizon Drive (51st Avenue N.E.) and
Trunk Highway #47 (University Avenue N.E.), thence west on Horizon Drive
(51st Avenue N.E.) to 3rd Street N.E., thence South on 3rd Street N.F. TO
Panorama. Avenue, thence West on Panorama Avenue and Panorama Avenue Ex-
tended to centerline of main line track of Great Northern Railroad, thence
Son +h onthe centerline of said main line track to its intersection with
40th Avenue N.E. extended, thence East on 40th Avenue N.E. extended to
Main Street N.E., thence North on Main Street N.E. to 115th Avenue N.E.,
thence East on 45th Avenue N.E. to Trunk Highway #47 (University Avenue
N.E.), thence North on Trunk Highway #47 (University Avenue N.E.) to
Horizon Drive (51st Avenue N.E.) to place of beginning.
Project No. 73
Commencing at the intersection of 53rd Avenue N.E. and University Avenue
N.E. (T.H. #47), thence east on 53rd Avenue N.E. to Madison Street as
platted in Oak Hill Addition, thence north on Madison Street and Madison
Street extended to Madison Street as platted in Temple Terrace 2nd
Addition., thence north on Madison Street and Madison Street extended
to T.H. #694, (T.H. #100), thence west on T.H. =!69h (T.H. #1CO) to its
intersection with University Avenue N.E. (T.H. #47), thence south on
University Avenue N.E. (T.H. 1047) to its intersection with 53rd Avenue
N.E. the place of beginning
