RESOLUTION N0. 48 -1966
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR
TO BE LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION
WITH THE TARES PAYABLE IN 1967
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lots 16 and
17, Block 2, Hamilton's Addition to Mechanicsville and Lots 14 and 15,
Block 1, Rearrangement of Blocks 132 14 and 15, Plymouth Addition, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such ,
nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and
the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 {Minnesota State -
Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a cost of $60.00 for
Lots 16 and 17, Block 2, Hamilton's Addition to Mechar.icsville and
$100.00 for Lots 14 and 15, .Block 1, Rearrangement of Blocks 13, 14 and
15, Plymouth Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection with the taxes
payable in 1967, the charges as listed below.
Lot 16 and 17, Block 2, Hamilton's Addition to Mechanicsville $60.00
Cleaning up and filling hole.
TOTAL $60.00
Lot 14, Block 1, Rearrangement of Blocks 13, 14 and 1,53
Plymouth Addition $50.00
Lot 15, Block 1, Rearrangement of Blocks 13, 14-and 159
Plymouth Addition $50.00
Cleaning up and filling hole. '
