RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 1966
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES OF THE
COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1966 -2 (ADDENDUM #2)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the Property owners
affected that there be constructed certain improvements, to -wit:
Sidewalks on both sides of the street, including grading, base, and
concrete slab, located as follows:
(The petitions received and filed by the City for the improvements
are indicated opposite to the relative street.)

(2) 61st Avenue 7th Street to West Moore Lake Dr. 19 -1966
(3) West Moore Lake Dr. 61st Avenue to Carol Drive 19 -1966
(4) West Moore Lake Dr, South Property Line of Senior High ;
School to 61st Avenue (West Side Only)
(5) West Moore Lake Dr. Baker Avenue to Highway #65
(6) 7th Street 59th Avenue to 61st Avenue
(East side only)
2. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to draw the pee -
].iminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of his es-
t, r: -s r 'timatss of the costs of said improvements, including every item of cost
from inceptimn to completion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to
be incurred) in connection therewith, or the financing thereof, and
to make a preliminary report of his findings, stating therein whether
they can best be made as proposed, or in connection with some other
improvements (and the estimated cost as recommended), including
also a description of the lands or area as may receive benefits
therefrom and as may be proposed to be assessed.
3. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name and address of the
owner of each parcel of land directly affected or within the area of
lands as may be proposed to be assessed for said improvements (and each
of them); and upon receipt from said Engineer of the said preliminary
report, calculate estimates of assessments as may be proposed rela-
tive thereto against each of said lands.
4. That said preliminary report of the Engineer and estimates of assess-
ments of the Clerk, shall be furnished to the Council, and made avail-
able for inspection to the owner of any parcel of land as may be
affected thereby at any public hearing held relative thereto, as
well as at any prior time reasonable and convenient.
