THE MLNUTES OF THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETiNG OF FRiDAY, OCTQBER 13, 1967
The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirkham at 4:3D P.M.
ROLL CALL
MEMBERS PRESENT; Kixkham, Harris, Liebl
MEMBERS ABSENT: Sheridan, Samuelson
1. APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER i6E-3 - COUNCIL MICROPHONE SYSTEM:
Mr Matsumoto and Mr, Richards of S. C. Smiley & Associates were present and
explained the change ordez.
MOTION by Harris, seconded by Liebl, to approve Change Order �kE-3 in the amount
of $163.00. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, Mayor Kirkham declared the
motion carried.
Z�1PPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER �kE-4 - MODIFICATIDN OF OUTDOOR SITE LIGHTING - CIVIC
CELdTER:
MOTION by Harzis, seconded by Liebl, to approve Change Order i�E-4 in the amount of
$77,00. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, Mayor Kirkham declared the motion
carried.
3, APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER ikE-5 - INSTAZLING ADDITIONAL LIGHT JACKS IN ENGINEERING
MACHINE ROOM:
MOTION by Ziebl, seconded by Harzis, to approve Change Order i�'E^5 Zn the amount of
$65.00. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, Mayor Kirkham declared ehe motion
carried.
4. APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER �M-4 - DIICT WORK, CIVIC CENTER;
Change Order ��M-4 was discussed by the City Council. It was decided that no action
would be t�ken o❑ this item at this time.
AD.TOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Mayor Kirkham declared the meeting ad�ourned at
