RESOLUTION NO. 7 - 1967
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
3. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name and address of the
owner of each parcel of land directly affected or within the area of
lands as may be proposed to be assessed for said improvements (and
each of them); and, upon receipt from said Engineer of the said
preliminary report, calculate estimates of assessments as may be
proposed relative thereto against each of said lands.
4. That said preliminary report of the Engineer and estimates of assessments
of the Clerk, shall be furnished to the Council, and made available for
inspection to the owner of any parcel of land as may be affected thereby
at any public hearing held relative thereto, as well as at any prior
time reasonable and convenient.

BE "IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property
owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements,
to -wit:
Storm sewer and appurtenances in-and serving the area bounded as:
Commencing at the intersection of the south Corporate Limits of
the City of Fridley and the centerline of St. Moritz Drive, thence
north on St. Moritz Drive to Glacier Lane, thence west on Glacier
Lane to Matterhorn Drive, thence north on Matterhorn Drive to
Skywood Lane, thence west on Skywood Lane to Fillmore St. N. E.,
thence north on Fillmore St. N. E. to Interstate Hwy. #694 (Old
T.H. #100), thence west on Interstate Hwy. #694 to 7th Street N.E.,
thence south on 7th Street N.E. to 53rd Avenue N.E., thence east
on 53rd Avenue and the South Corporate Limits of Fridley to the
place of beginning,
pursuant to M.S.A. Sections 429.011 to 429.111.
2. That Comstock and Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers are hereby
authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifications

and to tabulate the results of their estimates of the costs of said
improvements, including every item of cost from inception to completion
and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in connection
therewith, or the financing thereof, and to make a preliminary report
of their findings, stating therein whether said improvements are
feasible and whether they can best be made as proposed, or in connection
with some other improvements (and the estimated cost as recommended),
including also a description of the lands or area as may receive
benefits therefrom.
3. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name and address of the
